We are an independent consultancy practice which offers private client property owners and developers practical and succinct advice. Our Principal has experience across the construction, infrastructure and property sector, both public and private. We take on large and small pieces of work and monitor development projects for financial institutions and investors, including developers and their special purpose vehicle (companies). We collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams early in project life cycle to secure development sites or licenses to build on Freehold blocks. We are happy to discuss ways we can assist joint venture partners or individuals to progress a project or resolve an issue or defect.

Your initial point of contact with us likely to be with Meg. Meg keeps us all organised and manages our back office. She is a former "big six" accountancy firm trainee, with Touche Ross, at the time. She has 35 years' experience post qualification and managed audits and ran corporate structural transformation projects for Adult Services at Essex County Council. Approachable, Meg has a keen eye for detail, a happy disposition, always willing to help resolve client issues.
