Building Control Advice

This is a statutory requirement and we can assist and advise on Building Control matters. During design phase, there are numerous options that lead to compliance. This enables us to help clients with their specification. That in turn results in options that attract different cost values. Sometimes the same result is achievable in a more cost-effective way. Early engagement and advice from us assists in selection of the least costly solution to resolve specific issues. It is rather interesting and not very well appreciated that Building Control compliance is a minimum. However, there are routes to achieving efficiencies and we help with these particularly where we are engaged to do so.
