We are regularly called upon to assist homeowners and commercial Leaseholder interests when things go wrong. Our approach is to find simple, practical solutions and to enable willing clients to avoid litigation. This area can include situations in which poor contract documentation or no documentation exists between contractor and their client. In these situations, we would be happy to be appointed as a joint adjudicator. That type of work will require us to prepare analysis of financial documents, specifications and tender documentation, or create these documents to enable the fulfilment to manage risk, the needs or the obligations of the parties.
