Construction (Design and Management) Regulations

We provide facilities for Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM Regulations) compliance. We have expertise since the initiation of the 1994 Regulations which came into effect 31st March 1995, our principal having acted as Planning Supervisor on mechanical and electrical programmes of refurbishment on new build housing and residential apartments. He has acted as CDM co-ordinator in conservation restoration programmes and as Principal Designer. Our experience takes in this exposure to the Act, having worked through the changes of the 2007 legislation to the present-day regulations, which were last revised 6th April 2015. Where engaged, we are able to carry out functions under the legislation and we are also willing to audit for compliance and to guide building contractors and their professionals, householders and property owners generally with matters related to CDM.
