Expert Witness

We are happy to be engaged as expert witness in boundary disputes, Landlord and Tenant, whether residential or commercial at commencement, interim or end of tenancy agreements. We have acted on behalf of a Local Authority securing temporary possession to carry out essential works; Landlord and Tenant matters including court hearings for appointment of bailiffs following Section 21 process. We prepare documentation under the Pre-Action Protocol in dilapidations cases and follow the RICS guidance note on Dilapidations in England and Wales, 7th Edition and any updates. We ensure our knowledge is kept up to date by relevant CPD (Continuous Professional development).
